What is PolyPier? An Expanding, high-density foam is engineered to permanently raise and level sunken concrete in many different applications.

The PolyPier® system provides a new, state-of-the-art solution to a very old problem: sinking or settling concrete. Virtually every type of concrete flatwork (slabs, sidewalks, driveways, runways, patios, and more) will be susceptible to sinking if the supporting soil is loose, weak or prone to compression. Concrete will also sink when support soil is washed away.

 

PolyPier works for the following sunken or settled concrete problems:

P2-003 - 4 lb/ft3 Hydrophobic Lifting Foam, Void fill in Wet Area

Geotechnical Foam System

P2-003 is a hydrophobic, two-component, Polymeric MDI-based, pour-in-place urethane foam system designed for concrete jacking and cavity filling in wet environments. P2-003 has low component viscosities making the system suitable for mechanical mix machines, high pressure (over 600 psi) impingement mixing machines or hand mixing. It has been specially formulated for exceptional flow and to be minimally affected by application in wet environments.

 

P2-010 -  2.8lb/ft3 Lifting Foam & Void Fill

Rigid Foam System

P2-010 is a two component, water blown, all PMDI based low density spray polyurethane foam system designed for concrete jacking and leveling, soil stabilization and void filling. P2-010 is dispensed using 1/1 by volume ratio equipment. It is available in multiple speeds for various seasons, climates and applications.

 

P2-011 -  4.8lb/ft3 DOT Hydrophobic Foam Lifting & Void Fill

P2-011 is a two-component, HFC 245fa blown, all PMDI-based, pour-in -place urethane foam system designed for concrete jacking and cavity filling in wet environments. P2-011 has low component viscosities making the system suitable for mechanical mix machines, high pressure (over 600 psi) impingement mixing machines or hand mixing.

 

P2-023 -  Lightweight fill, Trench Breakers, Low Exotherm

Rigid Foam System

P2-023 is a two-component, water and HFC-245fa co-blown, polyurethane foam system designed for use as a void fill, trench-break material. P2-023 has been formulated to process at 2.0–2.2 pcf depending on lift thickness. P2-023 is designed to be built up in great lift thickness without scorch or splitting. P2-023 is not ASTM E-84 flame spread rated and is not to be used in applications governed by building codes. This product is also offered in a high altitude variation that will maintain the 2 pcf density when processed at high elevations.

 

P2-030  - Under Sealing Slabs, void fill with minimal lift

Low Density Rigid Pour-in-Place Foam System

P2-030 is a two-component, water blown, all PMDI-based, nominal 4 pcf density, polyurethane foam system designed for undersealing and void filling when minimal lift is required under concrete slab sections. The slow speed reactivity profile allows for excellent flow characteristics when used as an undersealing and void fill material. P2-030 is formulated to be machine processed using applicable plural component polyurethane processing equipment.

P2-486 is a plural component, water blown, all PMDI-based, nominal 4 pcf density, polyurethane foam system designed for concrete slab raising, under-slab void fill and cavity fill applications. P2-486 is formulated to be machine processed using applicable plural component polyurethane processing equipment.

P2-015  - Soil Stabilization - Single Component Low Viscosity

Soil Stabilizer System

P2-015 is a low viscosity, polyurethane injection resin designed to stabilize soil. When mixed with catalyst and injected, it migrates through loose soil and into below-grade voids. As it comes into contact with moisture in the soil, P2-015 reacts and expands to form a rigid foam. The foam encapsulates loose soil, fills voids, and forms a solid, watertight barrier.

P2-017 is a two component, self-adhering, seamless, closed cell, spray applied polyurethane foam system. This system has been formulated with highly insulating HFC-245fa as the blowing agent. The insulation system is suitable for application on the exterior or interior side of Type I, II, III, IV, & V buildings as well as other insulation applications. It complies with AC 377 and ASTM C1029.

P2-004 - Open Cell No Mix Insulation  Wall

SPRAY FOAM SYSTEM

P2-004 is a two component, one-to-one by volume, no-mix, open celled, self-adhering, seamless, sealant/air barrier spray applied polyurethane foam system. P2-004 has been designed for use where Building Codes specify 25 Flame Spread and less than 450 Smoke Density per ASTM E-84 at thickness up to and including four inches. This foam system has been formulated with water as the blowing agent. This product does not contain CFC, HCFC, HFC or formaldehyde.
